    MINAT GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PUISI : Studi Deskriptif terhadap Guru Bahasa Indonesia SMA Negeri di Cimahi

    Dalam pembelajaran puisi, minat guru dan kreativitas dalam pembelajaran terhadap apresiasi puisi masih perlu diperhatikan. Kompetensi guru dalam puisi mempengaruhi rendahnya minat siswa dalam mempelajari puisi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang (1) minat guru terhadap puisi, (2) pembelajaran puisi, (3) implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran puisi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini (1) terdapat guru yang sangat berminat terhadap puisi yaitu guru F dan J (86%). Kemudian terdapat guru yang berminat terhadap puisi yaitu guru H (85%) dan I (79%). Kemudian guru yang cukup berminat terhadap puisi yaitu guru A (71,4%) dan guru G (64,2%). Tersisa guru B, D dan E (57,1%) yang memiliki minat rendah terhadap puisi, (2) guru SMA Negeri di Cimahi telah melangsungkan pembelajaran puisi dengan terstruktur dan sesuai dengan komponen pembelajaran, (3) implikasi minat guru terhadap pembelajaran puisi guru menggunakan metode; penilaian antar sebaya, strategi pembelajaran puisi; membawa siswa melihat objek sekitar, dan media pembelajaran; mengundang sastrawan asli secara langsung ke sekolah.;In the study of poetry, interest and creativity in teacher learning against the appreciation of poetry still need to watch out for. Competence of teachers in poetry influenced the low student interest in studying poetry. The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of (1) interest teachers against poetry, poetry of learning (2), (3) the implications for learning poetry. The methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collected through observation, interview, and a question form. The results of this study (1) there is a teacher who is very interested in poetry that is against teacher F and J (86%). Then there are teachers who are interested towards a poetry that is teacher H (85%) and I (79%). Then the teacher interested enough against poetry that is A teacher (71.4%) and G (64.2%). Remaining teacher B, D and E (57.1%) who have low interest towards poetry, (2) teacher of the Cimahi in High School have been learning make a poem with a structured and correspond to the component of learning, (3) the implications of teacher interest towards learning poetry teacher using the method; the assessment between peers, learning strategies of poetry; bring the students look at objects around, and learning media; invite the writer of the original directly to the school
